Houston Game Dev News
Hey everyone!
Too long since we announced a general News Recap so lets get right to it!
OK. This is going to be a BUSY winter. Lots of game activity and Houston Game Developers to showcase.
First thing you need to know is that TX/RX Labs, Houston’s HackerSpace, is now open for Fall class enrollment!
They offer classes from everything to intro CAD, to 3D Printing, Welding, Laser Cutting, even building your own Quad Copter! (Note, class Full).
Friday nights they have Open House and we will be attending the Oct.18, 2013, 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. event.
We especially look forward to asking a few questions from local Slashdot hero and engineer Stephen Cameron about Space Nerds in Space! and World War vi A Linux based, vector graphic, multiplayer networked spaceship bridge simulator!
